Moderation & Appeals Policy
Effective Date(s):
June 28, 2024
Last Updated:
August 16, 2024
Do not take this list into attempting to justify it via the policy's loopholes, as we will still be able to determine other necessary appropriate actions to determine your ban. Every offense committed will be held accounted, regardless.
Those still banned before June 28, 2024 will remain banned, as all decisions had been finalized.
At the Free Builders Union, we moderate and apply it to user actions based on either of these 2 main procedures:
Varied Procedure
Warnings may not be issued to certain varied situations based on the severity on such result of action.
A ban appeal may also not be offered in certain circumstances, similar to no issued warnings.
You will still have a ban reasoning issued afterwards, regardless if you were banned from our platforms prior.
Standard Procedure
Users who violate any of the rules in the Terms of Use will receive up to 4 warnings before a given ban is placed.
Upon a ban, the user is allowed up to 2 appeal applications regarding their ban. No more than that.
Those who are banned are to show respectful behavior to staff and appeal what's being asked. Any unserious/bad behaviors will result in cancelation of your appeal and permanent ban from our platforms. We do not have time.
Appeal for a Staff Decision
If you believed that the staff that banned you was still wrong after 2 denied appeals you can request to appeal to the Union Staff, but they must have a majority decision 50% or more inorder to revoke your ban. Put some effort into this.
This option does not apply if you're banned from appeals for any unserious/bad behaviors.
This option may also not be offered in certain circumstances under the Varied Procedure.
